Hi, I’m Carolyn, a proud military kid who grew up all over the United States before planting roots in East Longmeadow, MA. Moving so often taught me how to adapt quickly, connect deeply, and appreciate the people and places that make a community feel like home.
Community has always been at the heart of who I am. I volunteer as a coach for Girls on the Run and Youth Softball, where I get the joy of helping young girls build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills - on and off the field. In 2023, I had the privilege of leading a successful Yes Campaign for the new East Longmeadow High School. Rallying neighbors, sharing stories, and working toward something bigger than myself was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life.
I also own and run my own real estate photography business, which I’ve been growing for over a decade. Through my work, I get to support local realtors, homeowners, and small businesses - capturing the character of homes and helping people take the next step in their journey. It’s about more than just photos for me, it’s about building trust and showing the potential in every space.
Whether I’m coaching, leading, or photographing, I believe in showing up, lifting others up, and leaving things better than I found them. That’s the kind of legacy I hope to build, one day and one person at a time.

Carolyn Ferros, along with the help of a handful of community members, ran the Vote Yes ELHS campaign. This grassroots effort was created to ensure that the correct and accurate information was provided to every member of the community. Carolyn continues to stay involved in the project as the new ELHS is being built and looks forward to the day when the doors open to the students of East Longmeadow and the community.
